May 16, 2024: Participating in “Kenseikan“ Karate practice for the first time in 40 years, and staying overnight at “Wakei Juku”

May 16, 2024: Stayed at "Wakei Juku (和敬塾)," a university dormitory in Tokyo. In the evening, I participated in “Kenseikan (拳誠館)” karate practice at the dojo here for the first time in about 40 years. Although I couldn't move as well as I used to and was exhausted, I was very happy to reunite with so many old friends. It was incredibly nostalgic.
