February 15, 2024: Had the pleasure of attending a luncheon meeting in Osaka with Mr. Paul F. Roland, Director of the State of Indiana Japan Office. Over delicious Teppanyaki, we engaged in enriching discussions spanning Japanese and American management philosophies, leadership dynamics, talent acquisition strategies, and training methodologies.
